I've had to re-internalize the idea that "there's not a perfect time, you should just start doing the thing if you can" multiple times in my life, including several just about my stream. I'm honestly still not where I want to be in terms of quality, and I doubt I ever will be, but I'm putting out something.
And I can iterate and improve on that thing as it exists much more easily than I could ever start out with exactly what I want, and in the meantime I get to have fun and learn new things about streaming, both personally and on the hardware/software side. I get to make connections with folks and build a community, little by little as I go and get better.
If you're waiting on starting something, if there's any aspect of that thing you can start right now, whether that's learning or building or performing or what have you, I honestly think you should probably just let it rock and build it up as you go if you can.
