LeahPlease Streams!

I don't think the Mega Man X games are particularly well known for their movement mechanics, but X3 was the game where I really understood how important it was for me to have fun with movement in a video game. Speeding through the levels once I got all the upgrades, air dashing in any direction and catching walls to jump and climb on felt wonderful and I decided that, to me, character movement was the most integral part of any game that featured it.

So in the Nintendo Direct that released this morning, they revealed that Penny's Big Breakaway, an original title by the folks that made Sonic Mania, was available today. So I downloaded it and ran a surprise short stream this afternoon and it was wonderful! I had a great time experiencing something new and my chat loved it! It had a much different feel from most of my streams.

So I'm gonna lean into that feel! I'm gonna do a lot more silly one off streams!
