yes. this and a conversation led me to one of the more important kinds of self-acceptance.
"body shape" can refer to bodily features or merely the outline, and people often understand it as referring to the latter. "body plan" emphasizes referring to the set of bodily features, which can go anywhere between "having tits or not having tits" to full on "a dog and also a cyborg", though the overall outline is of course a part of it too
