So for some time I've been struggling with sleeping problems, which is messing with my circadian rhythm. So far so groovy, we're all there from time to time.

Making matters worse is the fact that caffeine seems to, like, not work for me? Like, at all?

I don't think I have ADHD, although I'm told something people with ADHD do sometimes get. Mostly, I think it's matter of brains sure being a thing that is just allowed for some reason.

same, I don't get anything from caffeine ever (aside from that one time I think it did right after taking estradiol at night but that was only once and was it really it?..) and I don't… have ADHD?… at least not the kind that makes people really forgetful and stuff
