So for some time I've been struggling with sleeping problems, which is messing with my circadian rhythm. So far so groovy, we're all there from time to time.
Making matters worse is the fact that caffeine seems to, like, not work for me? Like, at all?
I don't think I have ADHD, although I'm told something people with ADHD do sometimes get. Mostly, I think it's matter of brains sure being a thing that is just allowed for some reason.
