The Frosted Band is just a normal ring [or bracelet depending on size] that is perpetually cold. It doesnt become uncomfortable to wear, but the wearers skin becomes ice cold to the touch. The immediate area around them grows colder if they linger [often with a very refrigerated bedroom each morning]. Its mostly harmless, since it cant freeze anything very quickly.
Zhis is probably one of the more boring ones, since i think it was among zha first ones. Id love to see a player try to abuse a ring of freezes very slowly zhough!
