Yknow, with how sensitive human fingertips are, it must feel really intense when those transform…
how does it feel when zhey transform into somezhing wizhout so many nerve endings, like a hoof? just fading out? some sharp sensation as zhey all go offline at once? does zhe hoof growing surface become wierdly sensitive in its place, so youd have more tactile response from a tf subject's hooves compared to a natural animal's hoof?
...There's a lot of potential with fingers. From the big ol' paw beans, squishy squishy things to poke at, to them turning into hooves, or hooved fingers, which... Actually might have them loose feeling? Hardening into giant nails, essentially? Perhaps something similar with insectoid or other arthropod carapaces, covering the whole hand...
...There's potential when your arms turn into wings, too, no matter the species, covering so much more distance, and would your hands turning into big bappers when you become a plushie or pooltoy essentially make each paw one giant finger...? Would the whole end of the paw be sensitive, in that case...?
I think a growing numbness is how people usually write it, yeah. The last option is super interesting too, though. And the second one. Just interesting in general!
