i'm going to be a little less articulate here than i was on the more grownup-facing social media sites. the fact that linkedin would even serve this up to me makes me want to destroy their servers until there's no carbon left, and whoever wrote this deserves to wake up in a saw trap where they have to listen to me dress them down on repeat for an entire day

yeah that's an aspect of this that's particularly infuriating, but i can't think of any way for the absolute podcaster-ass, bearded-white-guy that i am to bring that up without looking like a shitty redditor who's about to start yelling about virtue signalling
I got something like this many, many years ago when the city's human society wanted me to write something for them for free and told me up front not to expect pay but helping animals would be the real reward.
Yeah, I don't have any real firsthand experience with the charity sector or whatever it's called but I've definitely heard there's a good amount of labor abuse there
