I think one of the more frustrating things is how companies that very blatantly use AI moderation will very heavily insist that they're not using AI moderation.
With some sites, it's near-impossible to ever actually get a response from a human with how automated they are.
Did anyone ever find out what the fuck "female-presenting nipples" is supposed to mean.
