A creative-minded individual fascinated with the fictitious, and it's power to uplift, inspire, and affect the souls of those around us! (Escapism is incredible, y'all.) Working on a variety of silly little things, all of which involve a handful of fictional worlds I've been attached to and obsessed with developing since my earliest days in this (slightly more doldrum) reality of ours.

Overly chatty (if this description wasn't any clue), but also a little bit shy. Dealing with a handful of neurodivergencies and mental illnesses, but otherwise trying his best. It's a long story, and a longer character arc, but it's also been an adventure. Maybe I'll ~~overshare~~ talk about it with you some distant day. He's awesome: into rhythm games, and evangelion memes, and the weirdest music i've ever heard. I hadn't seen him for a while, until he reached out to me today while he was on break between classes, and we talked about everything that's been going on.

Long story short, he's in a city without family or friend support, dependent on a person who is getting more controlling and physically dangerous to him. Until now, he's been in cosmetology school, and hasn't been able to work because of the schedule, and without other support, he's had to rely on a real shithead to stay afloat. He's got a GFM link here, aiming to try and get $5,000 to help him cover:

travel expenses back home
living expenses
other expenses to help him establish some independence

I'm direct depositing some cash to his bank, but he's got full control of this gfm, and if anyone can share or donate, it'd do a lot to put my brain at ease.

Just wanna say my personal thank you to everybody who has shared and donated. The GFM is already sitting at 500/5000, up from almost nothing last night. I'm sure he's super grateful, cuz he wasn't feeling very hopeful on the phone yesterday. I'll try and give him a call soon, to check in on how things are going, and see if there's anything i can help with.

I'm trying to follow his lead by not posting much context about his situation in public spaces, but if you've got brainpower re: available DV resources in the Minneapolis area, etc. shoot me a message.
