There's not much more I can say about it than what some many others have put so eloquently already, but... I really hope Cohost pulls through, even if it takes convolutions and changes to survive.
There's incredible potential in the design of this place. I really feel like the things I like to do can really, comfortably fit in here without any fuss or struggle. (Plus, the supposed plans for further artistry support infrastructure sound fantastic for me and a lot of people I care about!)
It... really blows, that this is the reality of our world right now. The worst ideas can thrive simply because they have near-limitless funding, while the best can be forced to scrape by, only to be left in the dust. We need to spite this notion - it's not that hard to build a functional, healthy online space!
