sharing for disability pride month! i made this during one of my cycles and it's still something that applies every month. pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) is terrible especially if you are autistic and sensitive about textures/feelings and iffy about gender (me!).
im at the start of a cycle as i type this. it took a long time to get diagnosed and even longer for me to feel .5% okay with talking about it. i wish i had a better memory/kept more detailed notes about my period and depressive episodes growing up because it's highly likely that a lot of the "out of the blue" episodes could be traced back to this disorder. ah well. hopefully the suicidal thoughts will be kept to a minimum!
