Has anyone done a Silent Hill inspired horror game about gender dysphoria?

I feel like the vibes, gameplay concepts, and such for the Silent Hill series would fit really well in a story where the theme is gender dysphoria. Most people inspired by Silent Hill seem to just want to remake Silent Hill 2 over and over again but like, you can do so much more with Silent Hill.

Honestly? Konami, give me money, and a team. I will make you a Silent Hill all about gender dysphoria that will make you fucking unsettled. And I WON'T just shove Pyramid Head into it even though he has no fucking reason to be there.

While I can name horror games with a focus on female protagonists and their experiences of womanhood - the Deception series past the first one being a notable example - and while Silent Hill 2 and 3 are quite pointedly about gender in general, I don't really know about any horror games that deal with gender dysphoria specifically.

the first few SH games definitely had some gender kickin' around in 'em already, too. thinking about how Harry Mason's role in SH1 had such strong maternal vibes that it was recast as a woman for the film adaptation

I think about this a lot but I view it less as Harry is maternal so the director recast him and more the director is a fucking idiot who thinks men can't love their kid and want to protect them lmfao

I don't have a lot of positive thoughts about that dude
