I wanna try and cook, and bake, more
This time it's a Dylan Hollis recipe with a slight twist! I really loved the idea of those panko cookies but I had no almond extract so I used lemon extract instead!
Excited for how these turn out~ the batter is mad tasty, though I'm a bit worried about how old this lemon extract is lmfao it's also VERY alcoholly, which I like, gives em almost a rum cookie energy, and I love rum cake. We'll see!
Fun note: I have literally never baked cookies before so I might be doing this massively wrong and wasting food but I sure hope not~
