I'm under a train overpass right now and I'm not sure if this clusterfuck of wood panels was like, planned like this, but it looks completely random. It's like you told an AI ten years ago to design a wood and iron bar ceiling.

I've honestly seen more carefully constructed structures in Fortnite.
I suspect that this was a case of trying to stop pidgins from shitting on people, then prevent rats from running around, then stopping pidgins from standing on bits of the rat proofing.
