Does Mischief Makers count as an "obscure game"?
I think it's like, such a cult classic, and It's been one of my favorite all my life, so I can't even tell if it's barely known. I'm too lost in the sauce.

It's obscure. Barely anyone outside of folks deep into video games who weren't aware of it at the time really remember or have heard of it.
Nah, there's also anything Rareware (Banjo, DK64, 007), Starfox, Pokemon... maybe Star Wars Pod Racer
Tbh, I do not think any internationally released Treasure game is obscure. They're a cult status developer, I saw people recommending their games a lot on forums back when.
I see people mention it like once a year these days. For my money that puts it in the obscure category, but it def does still have a following I think! I need to play it at some point.
