Saw this going around so I whipped it up real fast. It took me a bit of doing ngl. Like, it was weirdly hard. I mostly kept to the first 25 that came to my head, but I did do a little of changing right at the end (Took out Zelda 2, Starcraft Brood War, and Riven).

The spread of what's here is really interesting. This is also MASSIVELY subject to change like, with each god damn day. Even looking at it RIGHT NOW I'm like "maybe I should take Metroid Prime 2 out and replace it with Fighters Megamix".

This is in absolutely no order other than what games came to me as I stared at my game collection. I will tell you, Ristar IS #1. This is also NOT the 25 best games I can think of, I'm tempted to do a "25 best games of all time" list but fuck that'd be hard.

I'm not too familiar with your wiggles hands around for a second trying to think of a proper name to think of the career of a gamer ouevre.. But why Metroid Prime 2 over 1 and 3, not a dig at the games, I like them all, just curious

Honestly couldn't tell you, just always been my fave. Love the vibe, love the world, love the gameplay additions. I played Prime 1 and 2 recently on stream, cause Prime 1 re-released, and my childhood opinions stayed with me. Prime 1 is 10/10, but 2 is somehow still better. Just better designed, and the enemies and bosses are way more creative.

I don't enjoy 3 at all though lmfao I tried playing it after I did 2 and couldn't get 2 hours in. I played it for a while as a kid but never picked it back up. And now I know why. I don't like it much lol

Tunic is genuinely my fav game of all time. The first time i went into the forest i started sobbing because it made me feel the kind of magic i felt playing my first game ever. It was such a powerful experience the whole way through
