I've been thinking for a little bit about doing some Sparkle On Raven fan art, especially after Wolf Girl showed up in Episode 4, and decided I might as well draw Red Action, too. Two of my favorite Gals of Cartoon.
(I know regular "modern" red action doesn't have the eye scar and that it's only from the future, but it looks sooo coool thooo)
