i feel like cohost seeing that no one checks the "following" page and deciding to change it is maybe the most Big Tech thing they've done. like, it is useful information to have, but most people don't need to check it as often as their settings page, that makes sense. I think the change they are suggesting is a neat idea, but it coming about because "oh, people don't check this page often" is kinda weird.
