i've not done any game dev stuff for like, the last couple of weeks. i'm not like, feeling guilty about it or anything. it's only one of like, 5 super time consuming hobbies i have, and some of those have deadlines. but! it would be nice to finish one because i keep getting ideas for others that i am refusing to touch because i know they are going to take longer than even ba-bell is taking me, which is going at like, 1/3rd of the speed i expected it to

the universal game dev condition is understanding perfectly well that it will take longer than you'd think, accounting for that, and then it still takes longer than you'd think anyway
