in my life specifically? i'm having a great time creatively lately, which isn't always the case, so it's nice. and also i'm eating french fry, which is Will Always make me feel happier
in general? like, for anyone? Food is a good answer, i think. if you feel bad, drink some water and eat some food. it can be anything! whenever i feel like, particularly down or strange, i just make something to eat with whatever feels right at the time (this will sometimes lead to some scooby-doo esque shenanigans, like putting cheese and tomato sauce on a tortilla alongside peanut butter and a pickle, but hey, the absurdity of it makes me feel better)
