- Link's Awakening - Lack of buttons on the Game Boy means you're swapping stuff in the menus constantly
- Ocarina of Time / Majora's Mask - The lack of power with the N64 means the game is locked to 20fps
- Oracle of Seasons / Ages - GBC resolution means the more open level design renders stuff off-screen (including enemies/bosses) combined with the problems of Link's Awakening**
- Spirit Tracks / Phantom Hourglass - Use of touch-screen controls works, but it kinda finicky
- Skyword Sword - It being a Wii game meant that they focused on waggle for combat. Though, this can now be played on the Switch without it.
- Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom - The Switch's lack of power means you're likely going to have low framerate most of the time.
Note: This also doesn't account for just generally questionable design decisions of several of these games.
