In theory you could, but the rate of fire for these can already exceed 1000 RPM for single barreled rifles, you wouldn't get much benefit as magazines aren't large enough to warrant them for handheld weapons.

For mounted weapons, it would be as effective as a minigun so I guess you could do that.

You could mount the barrels in a fan, like a boarding pistol or duck's foot pistol, and thus maintain a field over a larger area. And if the bullets are teleported in from a reservoir, then one could carry the reservoir in a pack, thus effectively making a personal spread gun.

(In real life, the EM34 chain-gun, popular from its appearance in Predator, couldn't be fielded. Not only does it use too much ammunition, but the power required to rotate the barrel required a non-portable generator and concealed power cable. A gun that doesn't need to advance a belt or to rotate doesn't have those restrictions.)
