I didn't even realize that tgere were subcategories of the "Global Cohost Feed" because its...well...global. Cohost has a tagging system in which if you are wanting to talk about a more specific topic, you use the topic. What makes #games less global than #Global Cohost Feed (games)?
There probably should at some point be a thing that allows tags to be tied so that something like #games and #gaming are consolidated into the same tag. Honestly, I hate this site's tagging system since it's user generated and no one can stick to just using one tag because people keep making new ones
