those dragons who can shift easily between a humanoid-sized anthro form and a much larger feral form (like me) often learn the hard way that what may be sturdy in one form is far from such in the other. This leads to an often adorable phenomenon where dragons in humanoid form will reflexively handle relatively sturdy objects - and relatively sturdy friends - extremely gingerly and carefully, having momentarily forgotten what level of strength they're operating at.
post-TF dragons still acclimating to the ability occasionally do lose perspective on their size and that of the world around them in general. This can be absolutely adorable when a humanoid sized dragon reflexively scrunches up when walking through a doorway that easily fits them, and headache-inducing for everyone involved when a shifted dragon forgets they're sixteen meters long and wags their tail while standing in a narrow corridor full of valuable vases
