VERY funny to watch companies have to try and adapt their marking plans on the fly to todays twitter bullshittery. Like manga/light novel publishers REGULALY do real long tweet threads with all their new product announcements right? thats SO NORMAL. Theres no way twitter would break that ABSOLUTLY NORMAL way of interacting with the service. Like, im sitting here excitedly waiting to see all the cool book announcements and... oh no - i guess j-novel club did too much twitter over the last hour we gotta wait for the API cooldown so they can post again. lol. fuck.
I know this was something i talked about back when the first big twitter migration event happened but like, how do you market a videogame (or other product) in 2023 without it? its wild! For Necrosoft stuff, Twitter is still our biggest direct-to-consumer marketing channel... and like over the year we can see the performance metrics or whatever go down and down and down.. and nothing really replaces that. So many peoples livelihoods are linked to that website you wouldnt believe lol. and were over here trying to come up with a plan b, but its tough! Looking at steam stats over the past two weeks. oh well, we will live, somehow!

Sleepy-girl representation is important
