It fucking sucks having to put a "masks required bc im immunocompromised" sign on my door bc ppl respect that MORE than me saying "I dont want you coughing fucks spreading covid". My neighbor thinks i have chrons or whatever bc if i corrected her she would be mean to me abt masks. I have literally worn a mask everywhere for 4 years while most ppl around me (rather quickly actually) stopped caring, even after they got long covid. Im one of at LEAST 5 ppl in my entire apartment complex that masks. Im lucky to see 1 or 2 masks being worn on buses or at the store
Wear it for yourself. Wear it for the children who cant mask or be vaccinated yet (or whose parents refuse to). Wear it for the immunocompromised. Wear it for me. Wear it bc if you DONT, it will never fucking end. Ignoring the issue wont make it go away, it makes it 100× worse
