I'm in my J2ME era. There's a recent rally to maintain these phone games, from before we standardized mobile operating systems.
Capcom was a big supporter of phones, which would evolve into handhelds, like with the Monster Hunter series. Dino Crisis: Dungeon in Chaos is one of the last times that franchise ever appeared. As it's a 2003 game, the first-person dungeon crawler is very limited, but it felt like a huge step up for phones at the time!
