Make sure your copy of Rhythm Doctor is up-to-date on Steam. When you start up the game and continue your save file, you'll notice a new hallway in Middlesea Hospital: the Physiotherapy Ward.
Quick summary of additions:
- Act 5: Enter the Physiotherapy Ward, meet our new patient, and play 4 new Day Shift levels and 2 new Night Shift levels.
- New Night Shift level added to Act 4, "4-4N Murmurs"
- New Level Editor Features: New heartbeat types and a new character seen in Act 5 have been added to the Level Editor, to use in your own custom levels!
- Visual Updates to 4-2, 4-2N, and 4-4
- Added two new options to the Settings: "Drum Mode" and "Tap to Hold."
We recommend playing Rhythm Doctor with your Steam Overlay disabled. And if you're streaming, we recommend streaming your desktop instead of the game window.
Act 5 content is unlocked after you've completed 1-XN "Super Battleworn Insomniac" and 2-1N "wish i could care less."

I had high expectations for the Act 5 levels and they still completely blew me away. The songs are fantastic, the new mechanics are fun even though I already know trying to perfect that burn beats level is going to be the death of me, and the visual presentation is just out of this world; never has pressing a single button over and over felt this cool.
