This level took me so many tries to perfect in my playthrough, but between the song and the window movement (watch the video to see what I mean), it’s a lot of fun.

Probably Gunstar Heroes' train level (Green's stage, aka the one with the Seven Force fight). Honorable mentions include ZeroRanger's 3rd stage (has trains, though isn't a train stage) and Terry's stage in Garou (the music's a banger). Oh yeah I think Blood also had a train stage and that was pretty neat too.
EDIT: Wait shit I can't believe I forgot StarFox64's train stage. The alternate win conditions for that stage is satisfying to pull off. Oh yeah and the train levels in SoR4 and SoR Remake were pretty cool too.
