Just an amazing audiovisual experience all around (seriously, I mean, everyone's got opinions on the animation since the trailer, but damn, the music and sound direction!!)

I'm so happy it was still playing in 1 (one) of the theaters close to me still, because it was a really fun theater experience!

Also happy they recreated the moment in this very good panel:
Sakuragi, Mitsui and Ryota, all sweaty and tired as hell, in a row, making the same sort of strong man pose in front of the players of the opposing team, while Akagi and Rukawa look from behind.
Specially considering that they did have to cut some stuff to fit it inside the movie and leave space to develop Ryota's story. I also think it's pretty cool that the movie, in some respects, seemed so uninterested in doing lots of fanservice (like with certain characters from other teams not being given screen time even though they appeared in the manga during this match), which I think helps using that time elsewhere but also kinda makes sense given the movie format but also given the change in point of view character in the movie with regards to the anime (like, some of those characters didn't really have any relationship with Ryota).

(spoilers) also appreciate the audience I watched this with for: clapping at the end of the game in genuine spontaneous happiness, but even more so, for the ones that were kinda mean by nervously laughing during Sakuragi's last shot because they weren't sure the movie was actually going to give the point to him :'). Also for the ones gasping during Sakuragi's pass to Rukawa. You could genuinely tell it was full (yes, the theater was still full!) of people who love Slam Dunk.
