Edit: I've tried to parse his sentence a few times now and I think he meant Colton tried to apologize on the 10th separately from Linus knowing exactly what happened, but the way he says it is really confusing

(also personally i’ve stopped watching any kind of the tech reviewish stuff that features any new cool tech or linus bc it seems like he willfully ignores the prep work his team does and “doesn’t use his sources” in a way that’s frustrating. plus rating someone a 3/5 when support couldn’t help you make sure all the cables were plugged in after 2 calls and 3 hours of support time? it’s like he can’t even see the bias)
But man does it rub me the wrong way when someone is trying to give an apology or make some sort of emotional speech, and it's obvious they're reading verbatim from a teleprompter. I understand there's a lot to cover, and you don't want to get it wrong, but it just seems disingenuous to me
