Watching twitter slowly crash and burn really worries me about the internet and social media going forward. It's one of those things where I fear it's similar to when Apple does something everyone else slowly gets on board. Increased API costs is one of the things I worry about from the Twitter debacle.
But on top of that, it's also the fact that I loved social media for keeping up with friends/ acquaintances, but more and more of my friends aren't using social media, because it's become ad infested and just unfun to be on. That or I haven't fully given up Twitter because there are still a handful of people I know who still only use it.
Idk what a solution would be. But man, I wish there was something.
