MOKKA

No more posting Jail for me!

After I learned everything there is about the human bone, I decided it would be more fun to blow up digital worlds.

You should wishlist Virtue's Heaven on Steam!

And Buy GB Rober, while you're at it!

For those of you in the UK, or traveling to the UK, EGX starts this Thursday! It's a four-day convention about G A M I N G [citation needed], with panels, portfolio reviews, and dev showcases! Some of our member's projects will be featured in EGX's Leftfield Collection, a section all about indie games. We wanted to spotlight what they're doing!

🐱 SCHRODINGER'S CATGIRL 🐱 by SPIDER LILY STUDIOS Two teenagers with dark skin and dyed hair lay on their backs in a dark void. One, a girl, has a camera. The other, a boy, has a journalist’s notebook. Papers and empty polaroid photos lay scattered around. A long, ghostly cat tail curls into the frame, just barely in sight.

This point-and-click adventure is about two queer teens investigating the assault of a young woman in an abandoned island mansion. Discover the secrets of a mysterious, cat-loving scientist, use the flash of a camera to travel back and forth in time, and find out whether the girl in the mansion is alive or dead.

@baiyu is the community manager for Spider Lily Studios! Follow him for more on what he's working on. For more on Schrodinger's Catgirl, you can wishlist the game on Steam or play the demo on itch.io! You can also check out merch for the game on the Spider Lily Studios Ko-fi.

💥 VIRTUE'S HEAVEN 💥 by ERIC MERZ A woman stands with her back to the camera, curly hair blowing in the wind. Below her is a landscape frozen in eternal sunset; huge, dark, mechanical towers loom over snowy mountains below. Their electric cables drape onto the earth, a parasite on the world. The woman is alone.

A 2D action-platformer with stylish movement and tight controls! Venture into a world trapped in a never-ending day, free your friends from prison, and fight to end the Age of Reason. From the creator of GB Rober and Splinter Zone!

@MOKKA did design, programming, narrative, pixel art, and some audio work. @Hexrae composed two Mega Man-style chiptune tracks. @SiFSweetman did the cover art. While Eric/MOKKA would like to attend EGX in-person, they will not be present for financial and COVID-related reasons. However, as with Schrodinger's Catgirl, you can find the game in the Leftfield Collection. You can also wishlist it on Steam!
