After I learned everything there is about the human bone, I decided it would be more fun to blow up digital worlds.
Sandbox Longplay is an attempt to catalog as many games from the YoYo Games Sandbox, a games portal sadly shut down in 2016. Many of these games only exist now through preservation efforts, but who knows how long these will remain available.
The first four games have already been uploaded.

I haven't watched the LPs yet but this is a very cool (and ambitious) project!
YoYo Games was my primary source for indie games after being introduced to Game Maker by a friend in middle school. I uploaded... maybe 10-15 things there before it shut down, and was a somewhat-active rater and reviewer (from the early days of the inexplicable 6-star rating system).
My username also betrays my love for cactus' games. I'm always happy to see that at least some of the more prolific/renowned game makers who shared stuff on YYG are still going!
EDIT: After YYG shut down, there was at least one attempt to create a mass dump of all the files people uploaded (the site had a proprietary .exe runner, but you could also just download the executable yourself). I was able to retrieve several of my own games (long since lost on old PCs) and reupload them as a bundle to my itch.io page!
