use content warnings for selfies, bugs, things that could count as body horror, and so on. Not a big fan how sometimes I open up this place just to have a giant picture of something I'd rather not look at slapped in my face.
There are ways for me to get rid of this, but it either involves fiddling around with ublock-filters (annoying and sometimes it just blocks all images, which is a bit much), or just silencing the account in question (which is also a bit drastic).
