afaict this is absolutely happening with a 23 minute cut of some ToTK track right now
I don't know if this counts... but i convinced Anilist to label the second Spirit Warrior anime "New Spirit Warrior", per the Japanese name "Shin Kujaku-oo".
It's called Kujako-oo (Peacock King) in Japanese, and is only five episodes combined. The pirate sites all ran with my name, because the English publishers combined both shows into one release. Not long after that, at least one Legit e-shop started calling it that name.
