this quote really puts into perspective, to me at least, that whatever problems existed at the company existed long before this shutdown and were serious enough that senior leadership people were fleeing without any existing other job plans.
This is not to say that it wasn't incredibly wasteful to just can the company, but it's hard not to see this as a sign that maybe microsoft's management was already in the process of destroying what had made Tango unique and succesful to begin with
which, you know, I wish I could say wasn't a common acquisition story in games, but..........
