most annoying: people who got mad at me when I tell them that sundaes have small-size scoops and that's literally always been the case and it's not under my control and no I cannot remake the sundaes from scratch with big scoops without them paying extra
I had someone threaten to try and get me fired over this and it's like, listen. The people you are mad at are 20 corporate levels above me. All you can do is make me miserable for no gain
most delightful: people who come in during the winter when it's incredibly dead and are like >> << can you make me a smoothie with. 4 ice cream scoops in it. and I'm like as long as you pay for the scoops and they're like "tell no one of this" as if their impossibly thick smoothie is forbidden (it's charming)
