So there's a general thesis (which I agree with) that you never want to mix sherbet and non-sherbet ice cream because creamy + sour ice just never works well together
there is one exception to this rule. Very Berry Strawberry. The miracle power of cream and fruit unifies all types of ice cream - you could pair it with genuinely anything I think and it'd be absolutely fine. Strawberry is just powerful like that
