Just finished this!! Was truly exemplary! Full of twists and surprises, challenges and mirth! Amazing work! :D The Elemental Lords all seem like pleasant company in the end and I quite like all the designs they had!!
After reading the design notes, I just want to say that I'm not sure the incoherence of the story actually pulls away from the game at all, at least for me. Things that are difficult to understand often feel like an invitation to start wondering about what things could mean, to try and make sense of something that ultimately does not. I have come to really appreciate that opportunity. Those gaps in between understanding are so often mirrors which reflect parts of myself I might not have looked at otherwise.
