People who get extremely mad any time there's a Charizard in something are infinitely more obnoxious than casual fans of Pokémon who mostly cared about the series during gen I who think Charizard and Mewtwo are the coolest ones (implying people like this even exist anymore which like, I don't think I've talked to a casual fan who only ever engaged with gen I since like the late 00s)

it's me, the gen I only liker. I played gen 2 in japanese before it came out in the US and that sorta ruined the whole series for me in some way? I've touched just about every generation after (only really caring for black/white), but I couldn't name a single 'mon from any generation besides I.
So yeah, any pokemon product that hopes to catch my attention must have a charizard on it.
the thing hardcore fans who get mad about genwunners fail to consider is that Charizard fucking owns and I like when it shows up in things to be the cool one
