Cool tf idea: a unique case of lycanthropy wherein, instead of transforming into a wolf, whatever the afflicted individual is wearing transforms into a wolf costume. The result could depend on the clothing items that go into it, like a hoodie growing fabric ears on the hood. And maybe the changes, despite being so inconsequential, always happen in a really dramatic way to mimic your more standard werewolf transformation, like a plush tail violently tearing through the seat of their pants.
