We’re a system of 50+ gender-fluid furries obsessed with transformation, clothing, costumes, gender, magic, and the ways they interact.
Most of us are humans, and we all seem to change back to our “default forms” over time, even recovering from transformations that would otherwise be permanent.
The doors to the Nonsense-Castle, our headspace, are always open to visitors, so feel free to swing by via our ask box! Transform a headmate, or strike up a conversation, or present some cool magical item or idea, or start an entire Plot Arc, or whatever!

Anonymous User asked:

I'm curious! What would you say was your TF "awakening" and got you into the whole thing, and what was the journey into the community from there like?

No, seriously! I don’t remember my awakening! For as long as I can remember, I was not only weirdly intrigued by scenes of humans transforming into other things, but also somehow knew to be embarrassed about it and not really talk about it. I can at least remember a very early tf that I saw, which was the Wallace and Grommet movie where Wallace turns into a wererabbit. I don’t think it was my first ever, but to be honest a lot of the tf stuff in that movie does match up with what I like today.

Anyways, I discovered that transformation art is a thing that people make on purpose for the sake of being transformation art pretty much completely randomly when I was… maybe 12 or 13. This discovery came in the form of a piece by Edmol depicting Dawn transforming into a Bayleef. I dicked around on google image search to find further transformation art for a long while, and eventually made a FurAffinity account to view more art on there. And, a few years ago, like maybe 5 or 6, I finally felt comfortable talking about my love of tf stuff with some people on Discord! Turns out I’m not the only one who likes it!

Anyways, this was fun to think back through and recount. Thanks for the ask!

Your story is surprisingly similar to mine, right down to Curse of the Were-Rabbit being the earliest source you can remember! No wonder I like your taste in TF so much :D
