🎨 Listen, I appreciate this, but when a notoriously trickster-y variety of creature you’ve never met before shows up at your headspace, inexplicably knows both your name and your only-very-recently-discussed desire to learn magic, offers an “easy way” to learn magic when several of your headmates have already had very not-easy times learning it, and this “easy way” involves “being stuck in another form for a few days”?? Maybe not something to just jump into blindly!
Besides, what I really care about isn’t magic as a whole… It’s that magic… That painting technique… If there’s even a spark of magic inside me, that will be how it escapes…
