Each photograph depicts a random location, with the only consistent pattern present in the photographs being its photography style, the depicted picture always corresponding to an equivalent location in a small town, and the presence of a blonde, humanoid figure of indeterminate gender, wearing what appears to be an outfit bearing common resemblance to outfits worn by the main characters of magical girl shows, displayed in focus.
Each newly-discovered photograph comes with a number written in what appears to be a form of brushstroke; the number of the most recent instance of the item is "243". At the back of each item, is the following phrase written in the same style:
Tilt-shiftingly peculiar, aren't I?
