Looking for something cheap with A lot of storage- maybe something that can take SD cards? And like, enough of an OS to make playlists/ shuffle content with an emphasis on like, programmability/ flexibility and longevity

Weirdly enough there's a bit more of a Zune community than I ever would have expected. I only know that because I ended up with one a ways back and tried to pull some old data off a broken one last year. I found out there's a bunch of bootleg apps and backend community software, not to mention a couple discord servers of just the nicest people around who helped me troubleshoot.
Unfortunately, they tended to break because they relied on just the tiniest spinning-disk drives you ever did see. 🙃
