Made some nice madelines and petit sables the other day
The petit sables are really interesting, I don’t think there’s an american equivalent. Shortbread is the closest I can think of but they’re lighter than that while still being kinda buttery. I like them a lot. Sad the egg wash kinda burned over the nice words and stamps I put onto them
