It's Pac-Man in Quake and I think that's all that needs to be said. Silly and cute.
Sun King's Passage by Mittens For Kittens
This map has many explosives and it proves to be super cathartic when you're given a weapon to make use of them. I really like the central room with the funky head pedastal and the ceiling pattern.
Lethe's Temple by Ebern150
Meat-y SSG and nailgun-based castle romp that caps itself off with a silly gibfest using all the rockets you've collected off of dead Ogres. I liked it. :)
Seti in Stone by Greenwood
Has an adorable tram in the final room, and a very pretty skybox that you are given glimpses of through portholes as you make your way through the map. I really liked the crate room and its re-usage as well.
