i love helping people sort out stuff within a digital environment they're not familiar with but oh my god some people are just. magic. they just find ways to STEP over, on, around the solution (or even blatantly push it aside sometimes) to their problem, point at a tool used for a completely different purpose and go "yeah i'm using this"
