It depends on which end of the universe I end up in. If I'm in Medley, the worst case is that my soul is put into a rock. If I'm in Aria, the worst case is that I'm frozen in time forever. Ideally I'm alone in the wilderness in both scenarios.

If tabletop characters count then I'm in for a bad time. I do get to be a genderfucked weredragon and play with all kinds of guns in a cyberpunk future, but that's very much in the thin-silver-lining territory. If I'm very, very lucky I'll get to go full dragon by the time I'm in my thirties, but that assumes a lot about me surviving even the first year of being a shadowrunner barely into my twenties.
